Vikarabad: A team from Jana Samithi Party met officials and requested to see into the issues being faced by farmers of Jaidupalli village. They requested forest and Revenue officials to conduct a joint survey to identify the lands which can be cultivated by the farmers.
When the president of JSP Prof Kodandaram visited the Jaidupalli village last month, the farmers complained him that forest officers are not allowing them into the lands, in which they have been cultivating for years. With the directive from the JSP president, leaders of the party took the issue to the notice of the concerned officers. Officers also reacted positively to the request and agreed to conduct a joint survey soon.
