Free health camp held for orphans

Abids: The police should take part in social service along with the law and order duty, said East Zone Additional DCP Govind Reddy here on Wednesday. He was speaking after inaugurating a free health camp for children in Boss Orphanage at Begum Bazaar.
The DCP praised the organizers of Boss, Rainbow Orphanages for rescuing children with a spirit of social service and for conducting the camp as a precautionary measure to avert spread of contagious diseases. He suggested the organizers to strive for moulding orphans into ideal citizens. Among those present at the camp were Osmania Hospital Superintendent Dr Nagender and his team of doctors. They conducted several tests for children.
