Padma asks citizens to adopt rain-harvesting methods

Golnaka: As part of ‘Jalam-Jeevam programme’, Jalamandali in association with Moksha Foundation organised an awareness programme on rain-water harvesting pits at St Peter’s School on Friday.
Local corporator Kaleru Padma Venkatesh was the chief guest. She explained how water could be saved by constructing rain-water harvesting pits. Moksha Foundation CEO Srisailam, coordinator Swapna, manager Rajasekhar, local leaders A Anil Kumar, D Dharma Raju, the school staff, students and residents took part.
