13th Haj Training camp held
Hyderabad: The Telangana State Haj Committee organised the 13th training camp for Haj pilgrims at Masjid Baghdadi Tek, Nampally on Sunday. While addressing the camp of prospective Haj pilgrims, Mohammed Masiullah Khan, chairman of Haj Committee, asked those who were from Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts to take part in the vaccination programme to be organised for them on July 16,17 and 18 at Haj House. Mohammed Mahmood Ali, deputy Chief Minister would inaugurate the vaccination camp on Monday at 11: 00 am. He advised the pilgrims to avail of the facility.
Special Officer State Haj Committee Prof SA Shukoor said that pilgrims would be administered anti meningitis vaccines and polio drops, besides pilgrims of 70 years and above would be given seasonal influenza vaccines. He further informed that on the first day, pilgrims numbering 1 to 3,000 would be given vaccinations. While on Tuesday and Wednesday 3001 to 6000 and 6001 to 7000 respectively would be administered the vaccines.
Eminent scholar Moulana Syed Qubool Pasha Shuttari, general secretary Sader Majlis Ulma-e-Deccan, Muneerduddin Mukhtar president of the Masjid Committee, Moulana Ziauddin Naqshbandi, Moulana Hafiz Shaik Mohiuddin Sharfi, Moulana Ahsan Al-Hamumi of Royal Mosque, Public Gardens also spoke. Abu Talha Amjad Member of the Haj Committee was also present on this occasion.
