US envoy enquires about Bharosa, She Teams

The city police gives a presentation and explains about the concept behind the two initiatives  

Nampally: The US Consul General Katherine Hadda visited Bharosa and SHE Teams, CCS, Hyderabad on Tuesday.

She interacted with the staff and enquired about both Bharosa and She Teams in providing safe and secure environment to Women & Children in Hyderabad.

During the visit, it was decided to share the best practices being followed in Hyderabad and US in the field of crimes against women and children.

The Consul General visited various facilities including the child-friendly court functioning from the Bharosa Centre.

The Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, Anjani Kumar, welcomed the Consul General and her team.

Shikha Goel, Addl. Commissioner of Police, Crimes & SIT gave a presentation on Bharosa & SHE Teams and explained about the concept behind the two initiatives of Hyderabad Police.
