Police vacate school following HC orders
Brindavan Colony: The Golconda police descended at Holy Fatima High School at Brindavan Colony and started removing the benches and other infrastructure here on Wednesday. Golconda police sub inspector J Satish said, “There was no structural damage done to the building but were vacating as per the High Court orders as M S Farooq, correspondent of the school had occupied the land.”
It may be noted that the land owner M D Fazlur Rahman approached the High Court. It has been ten years since the case was pending and only now the High Court ordered to vacate the premises. The vacating process that started in the evening went on till almost 10 pm. High drama was witnessed as a posse of policemen descended at the site.
