Ever since it was started in 1997, the Jahnavi College at Narayanaguda brought out the latent talents of the students and helped them reach top positions. It has been achieving the best ever results in Intermediate, Degree and PG courses. Free English spoken classes are being conducted for Telugu medium students to enable them to compete with others in the present world of cut-throat competition.

The college management takes special initiative to conduct campus interviews with the help of the JKC, Jawahar, TCS, Accenture, Flipkart, Innove Credit Card, 360 AD Private Limited, Lifeline Solution, Karvy and other firms. In addition, it encourages students to take part in personality development classes, cultural programmes, donate blood and render social service.

The college has been grooming the students as the best citizens by providing them with high quality education and helping them pave the way for their golden future. Paying special attention to each student, the college has been grooming them to be the leaders in the society. It encourages students to excel in sports and cultural fields also. Expert lecturers and guest lecturers teach the students in their characteristic style through implementing role plays, case studies, seminars and conferences, avers the Jahnavi group chairman Parameshwar. 

Vice chairman Lakshmi felicitated the students of second and third year courses who have secured 100 out of 100 marks. Chairman Parameshwar went on record stating that the college offers scholarships to students belonging to SC, ST, BC, OC, OBC and minority communities and extending concessions in the tuition fees. 

The No 1 Educational Institution in Greater Hyderabad 

The Jahnavi students displayed excellent performance in second and third year degree examinations during 2016-17. Students of the boys’ colleges of the group in Narayanaguda and Secunderabad achieved 88 pass percentage with some of them securing 100/100 marks in some of the subjects. Similarly, the pass percentage of women’s college at Narayanaguda is 95 per cent. Some of them got 100/100 marks. Parameshwar congratulated the students. Students of the BBA course of the college got 90 per cent pass percentage and one of the college students emerged as the OU topper. 

The specialty of the college is to invite various firms to conduct campus placement tests. The college has dedicated teachers, most modern amenities like libraries, labs, NSS and amenities for holding group discussions. The meritorious students are being given tuition fee concessions and scholarships. 
Expert lecturers in various subjects, guest lecturers impart education through case studies, seminars, conferences, role-plays and so on, says vice chairman. 

The college also celebrated the centenary celebrations of the Osmania University on a grand scale. Students excelled not only in academics during the celebrations but also in cultural events. Experts from various walks of life were felicitated on the occasion. Parameshwar stated that the colleges were running on a victory path with the help of principals, lecturers, non-teaching staff and administration departments. 

The Jahnavi group of colleges excels not only in academics but also in providing placement services. On the whole, Jahnavi is a better college compared to other colleges. Students of Jahnavi colleges receive training in facing campus interviews and placements. A student of the college has been selected for jobs in three companies while she is still pursuing her third year degree course.
