Pavani celebrates Kargil Day with ex-service men

Kapra: Corporator Pavani Manipal Reddy hoisted flag at a programme organised by Akhil Bharatiya Poorva Sainik Seva Parishad on the occasion of Kargil Victory Day at AS Rao Nagar Senior Citizens Welfare Office here on Thursday. 

Wing Commander TJ Reddy, who attended as a chief guest, lauded India’s victory in Kargil war and said that the enemy got a befitting reply by the Army. The organisers felicitated the ex-servicemen. Dr Markandeya, member of sevadal Mohammad Hamid, Rajaiah, welfare office secretary Rammohan Rao, members Venugopal, Srisailam, Chari were present.
