Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav presents health kits to girl students

Ramgopalpet:  Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Friday distributed health and hygiene kits among the students of New Government High School, Nalla Gutta in the division and later planted saplings on the premises of the school.

Speaking in this connection, he observed that this is the first of its kind of a measure in the country. The kit has 13 articles that are essential for girls. Since the students of the school hail from low-income groups, he said that the health kits are useful for the girls. 

The kit contains coconut oil, tooth-paste, tooth-brush, tongue cleaner,  30 sanitary napkins, three bath soaps, three washing soaps, Vatica shampoo, face powder, ribbons, bindis, hair band and combs. The kits will be distributed among the students quarterly.
