Bandari Lakshma Reddy appoints Congress Uppal SC cell General Secretary, Vice-President

Kapra: Congress party Uppal constituency in charge Bandari Lakshma Reddy on Wednesday appointed Kinnera Ravi Kumar and Jammula Naresh as party Uppal tenth division SC cell general secretary, vc-president respectively.
