Cultural extravaganza at Keyes High School

The Kalasagaram anniversary celebrations turned out to be a feast for the audience with spellbinding performances of Smitha Madhav and group’s Azhagar Kuravanji Nrityasagarm recital. The musical events organised on Thursday at Keyes High School, Secunderabad. The musical performances began by a group of students performing for Bharatanatyam for various items. The students group enthralled the audience with their scintillating dance efforts.

Later, Smitha Madhav and group rendered for the famous ‘Azhagar Kuravanji Nrityasagarm’ of Tamil Nadu. Azhagar Kuravanji is a composition of Kavi Kunjara Bharathi. The story revolves around Sundararaja Perumal, the presiding deity of Azhagar Kovil, located near Madurai, and his beloved Mohanavalli. Smitha Madhav and group’s impeccable performance enthralled the audience.
