Singireddypalem 2BHKs to be ready by March-end
Suryapet: The double bedroom housing complex in Singireddypalem will be ready for house warming function by the end of March, District Collector Surendra Mohan stated.
After inspecting the 2BHK works at Singireddypalem on Thursday, he said that the respective contractors were ordered to complete the task as per the schedule. After Erravalli, Singireddypalem will get the credit of having 2 BHKs to all villagers. He directed the Rural Water Supply officials to provide drinking water facility to all the houses.
As many as 219 applications came for 128 double bedroom houses, being constructed at Singireddypalem and of the total applicants, 102 beneficiries were selected at the village-level meeting in the presence of Revenue Divisional Officer, Surendra Mohan said.
Stating that the works of double bedroom houses in the district are progressing at a brisk pace, he informed that as many as 1,000 houses will be ready within two months.
Replying to the Collector’s query about the government’s sheep units distribution scheme, a member of Yadava community said that so far no one in the village got sheep unit. The Collector assured him that sheep units would be sanctioned to Singireddypalem very soon.
Roads & Buildings Executive Engineer Yadagiri, Deputy Engineer Mahipal Reddy, Tahsildar Suresh Kumar and others accompanied the Collector.
