Students celebrate Natl Youth Day

Khammam: The 155th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda was celebrated on a grand note by the representatives of Swami Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence (SVIHE), here in Khammam on Friday.

The representatives along with students of various educational institutions took out a rally from the institute to Yellandu crossroads on the occasion. Assistant Commissioner of Police, P Bala Kishan, who was the chief guest, paid rich tributes to Swami Vivekananda by garlanding his statue at Yellandu crossroads.

Appreciating the efforts of SVIHE over conducting personality development classes for students, the parents of children who attended the classes said their children highly benefited from classes and were able to concentrate on studies. They thanked the organisers on the occasion.

The ACP on the day handed over participation certificates to those who attended the classes. Dr Kurapati Pradeep Kumar, Dr Rajesh, representatives of SVIHE Chandrashekar, G Keshav Patel, Soubhagyam, Advocate Madhavi and Ragini were present along with parents and students of various educational institutions.
