Burglars decamp with 18 tola gold, cash

Nalgonda: Unknown offenders have stolen 18 tolas of gold and Rs 15,000 cash by entering into the house of one N Anantha Reddy through ventilators. The incident took place at Kastala village of Chandur mandal in Nalgonda district on Tuesday.

According to Chandur CI Ramesh, when all the family members of Reddy went to their farm, the offenders entered the house through ventilators and decamped with gold and cash by breaking open the almirah. The police along with dog squad searched for the clues. The CI exuded confidence that the case would be cracked at the earliest and offenders would be sent to jail.
