Play on Ambedkar’s life tomorrow

Khammam: Kula Vivaksha Porata Samiti (KVPS) general secretary Nandipati Manohar urged people to make the play ‘Sangham Sharanam Gachhami’ a grand success by attending in large numbers.

In a statement released here on Wednesday, Manohar said the play, which is based on important milestones in the life of Father of Indian Constitution, Dr B R Ambedkar, was going to be staged on February 2, at 6 pm at Bhakta Ramadasu Kalakshetram.

The play would help remove inequality that exists in the society besides throwing light on the life of Ambedkar who fought for the betterment of the society, he informed, adding that it was a good sign that the State government itself came forward for staging the play at all district headquarters across the State. All sections of people must watch the play to make it a grand success, he urged.
