Gangapur, Kodgal get new bus service
Mahbubnagar: The 15-year-long pending demand of people to provide road transport service bus in the route connecting Jadcherla, Gangapur, Kodgal, Pedda Adirala, Keshampet and Shandnagar is finally going to be met on Saturday as Health Minister Dr C Laxma Reddy is going to launch the new bus service on the said route.
While informing this Kodgal Yadaiah, Jadcherla TRS president said, “The people of Gangapur, Kodgal and other villages which are located more than 20-25 kilometres have been suffering due to absence of bus service on the route. Though there have been many representations to the previous government leaders, no one has responded.
However, now with the launch of new bus service on this route, public can now avail the services. Particularly, the school and college students as well as farmers who regularly commute to Jadcherla and Shadnagar.”
The Health minister will launch the bus service at Badepally bus stand and set out to Shadnagar via Gangapur, Goplapur, Lingampet, Kodgal, Kondedu, Chinna Adirala, Pedda Adirala, Yekwaipally and Tommidirekula connecting Keshampet will reach Shadnagar. The bus is expected to make three to four trips a day on the said route.
