Work for Bangaru Telangana, TNGOs told

Suryapet: Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy felt that TNGOs have been playing a key role in the development of State on all aspects. The Minister attended as chief guest to the District TNGOs new year diary-2018 unveiling programme held at Collectorate on Friday.

Addressing the gathering, the Minister said TNGOs, who played a vital role in the separate statehood movement, have been playing a very responsible role in implementation of government schemes in the process of achieving Bangaru Telangana.

Stating that good governance in the State was achieved through the employees, he said all major achievements of the State government in last three-and-a-half year was possible due to efforts of employees.

He urged TNGOs to extend their cooperation to future programmes of State government and informed that, within a week, stone would be laid for District TNGOs building in the town, with an estimated cost of Rs 25 lakh in five guntas of land.

District Collector Surendra Mohan informed that employees in the district were trying their level best in implementing the government schemes very effectively. He assured the employees that government would protect the rights of employees.

Thungaturthy MLA Gadari Kishore, State Beverages Corporation Chairman Devi Sri Prasad, Municipal Chairperson Ganduri Pravallika, Joint Collector Sanjeeva Reddy, officials Yadi Reddy, Subba Rao, TNGOs top brass leaders Karam Ravinder Reddy, Rechal, Rajender, District president Khazamiya, leaders Srikanth, Saidulu, Shyam and employees of various departments took part in the programme.

Similarly, the Minister also attended as chief guest to 5th foundation day meeting of Telangana IKP VOA Employees Association held in Suryapet town.
