Study material distributed to govt job aspirants
Khammam: Assistant Commissioner of Police (Rural) Naresh Reddy observed that it was very difficult to face competitive examinations and grab employment opportunities without reading necessary books.
The ACP distributed competitive books and study material, donated by Thirumalayapalem police personnel, to students attending free coaching classes organised by police department at local police in Thirumalayapalem of Khammam on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Rural ACP said many students who were financially weak to purchase books were lagging behind in grabbing employment opportunities and some were even stopping their education in the middle, which is unfortunate. “The Police department is extending a helping hand to such students and offering free coaching classes besides distributing books and study materials useful for facing competitive examinations,” he informed.
The books and study material that were distributed would be highly useful to students who were determined to grab government job, he added, advising the students to utilise such opportunities to fulfill their dreams.
The books and study material were distributed to about 300 students of surrounding villages and to those attending free coaching classes organised by the police department. Kusumanchi Circle Inspector Vasanth Kumar, Thirumalayapalem Assistant Sub-inspector of Police Sarvaiah and others were present.
