TJAC post-card movement from today
Khammam: To highlight the plight of unemployed in the State, the Telangana Joint Action Committee is going to start a post card movement across the district from February 22.
Speaking at a meeting held with JAC representatives in Khammam on Wednesday, the Committee’s district chairman Dr S Papa Rao stated that many unemployed thought that their lives would become better after the formation of separate statehood of Telangana. But to their disappointment, their problems have increased under TRS rule, which was deceiving them with false and useless job notifications, he alleged.
“To make the TRS government realise the problems and sufferings of unemployed, the TJAC is going to start a post card movement from February 22, at Jyothiba Phule centre from 10 am onwards,” he informed.
He demanded the government to fill all vacant posts immediately, lest they intensify the movement to teach the government a fitting lesson. Committee district convenor Bhadru Naik, city president T Ramu, Vekateshwarlu Naik, Shankar Naik, Kishore, Srinu, Naga Raju, Veeranna, Venkata Ramana, Veeru, Kittu and Suresh were present along with others.
