SP inspects Makthal PS, flags off rally on helmet awareness

Mahbubnagar: Superintendent of Police Dr B Anuradha visited Makthal police station on Friday and inspected the records in the station house. 

While directing the Circle Inspector and Sub Inspectors to regularly maintain the record and keep every case transparent with no scope for any mismanagement, the SP said, “Police must be alert regarding every incident and keep a vigil on the movements of suspects which will help in cracking the cases swiftly.”

Later, the SP took part in a helmet awareness rally and highlighted the need of wearing helmets. “Majority deaths during accidents are caused by the head injuries. Therefore, everyone should make it compulsory to wear a helmet while driving,” said the SP, while flagging off a bike rally, where hundreds of bike riders wearing helmets took part. 

Narayanpet DSP G Sridhar, Makthal Circle Inspector Venkatesh, SI Venkateshwarlu and other police personals participated in the programme.
