Mahbubnagar: Superintendent of Police Dr B Anuradha suspended three police constables for dereliction of duties. The three constables were posted at the SSC examination centre at ZPHS (Girls) Marikal.

It may be recalled that the SSC English paper-1 was leaked through a WhatsApp message and created a rift across the State putting the officials of school education and district administration on toes. Acting swiftly and sternly, the police brought the offenders to book after conducting a detailed inquiry.

During the probe, the SP found fault with three police constables Laxmanna and Gopal of Marikal police station and K Sudhakar of Koilkonda station. “We have found evidences against three police constables allowing others into the premises of the school even while SSC public examination were in progress.

Being in a responsible position, these constables ignored their duties. This kind of attitude is not at all tolerable and we will act very tough on such officers and will not spare them go scot free. All the three constables have been suspended from immediate effect,” said the SP.
