Many road accidents that are taking place are due to lack of awareness on traffic rules. The people, who are driving the two wheelers must wear helmets and those who are driving four wheelers must wear seat belts for their own protection, the ACP said.

Overspeed driving, overtaking other vehicles, driving negligently and driving after consuming alcohol are some of the reasons for many road accidents that are taking place across the country and such things should be curbed, he added.
