Close shave for two policemen

Rajapet (Yadadri- Bhongir): Policemen attached to the Rajapet police station had a narrow escaped when a tyre of a vehicle in which they were travelling burst at Pottimarthi village in the district on Friday. 

According to the police, an Assistant Sun-Inspector Sita Rama Raju and Station Writer Balaraju had gone to Challur village by a vehicle for investigation of a case. The tyre of the vehicle had burst when they were on their way back. But the driver by the presence of his mind averted the major accident.
