DHMO-JAC holds dharna, demands govt to resolve problems
Nalgonda: DistrictMedical and Health Department employees-JAC president Joseph demanded the State government to fulfill the pending promises made to the employees of medical and health department without fail.On Friday, employees of DMHO staged a protest demonstration before the district office in the town.
Addressing the gathering, Joseph alleged that State government has been ignoring the long pending problems of the employees of the department. He demanded government to regularise the contract and out sourcing employees and implement the HR policy to them.
He also demanded the State government to provide health cards to all the employees working under Vaidya VidhanaParishad and payment of salaries through the Treasury Department.He called upon employees of health department to participate in the Maha Dharna to be conducted before the directorate of health department in Hyderabad on May 8.
CITU state vice-president Tummala Veera Reddy expressed his solidarity with the protestors and informed them that their organisation will extend its cooperation to their agitation. They submitted a memorandum of demands to DMHO Dr Bhanu Prasad. In this program, JAC leaders BalaTherissa, Bhaskar, SankuDhanalaxmi, Bixam, Pramila, Venkatapathi, Bharathi and others were present.
