Khammam police sieze gutka worth 34 lakh

​Khammam: Task Force police on Thursday seized Rs 34 lakh worth of gutka packets from a house at Dabala Bazaar here.

According to Assistant Commissioner of Police (Task Force) Raheman, on a tip-off that gutka bags were hoarded in a house, the Task Force police, led by Circle Inspector Anjaneyulu conducted a raid at the midnight on Wednesday.

The gutka packets were stored in 38 gunny bags, the police said. The police charged 10 persons with hoarding the gutka stocks.
