Bus service to thands of Rachakonda launched

​Samsthan Narayanpur ( Yadadri-Bhongir): Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy here on Tuesday said every thanda and remote village in the State are witnessing rapid development under the TRS government.

The Minister along with Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat threw the newly constructed road open to traffic from Kadila Bai thanda to Hidu Donala thanda under Rachakonda gram panchayath of Naryanapur mandal. The road was laid at cost of Rs 5 lakh under Rakshak Bata programme. Bus service to the thandas of Rachakonda area was launched.

Speaking to the media at Hidu Donala thanad, the Minister said the government implemented Rythu Bandhu scheme to farmers. He assured the farmers of Rachakonda that their issues would be addressed at the earliest. 

The Police in Telangana State were getting good name through their service to the people, he said. The bus service to thands was the initiative of Rachakonda police. Local MLA K Prabhakar Reddy also participated in the programme.
