T-MASS demands English medium in all govt schools
Nalgonda: T-MASS chairman Prof Kancha Ilaiah here on Friday felt that education is the only tool which can ensure bright future for the neglected sections in the society.
Speaking to media, Prof Ilaiah said the governments ahd failed to implement Right to Education Act. The Act was meant for the welfare of the students of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and Minorities.
He demanded that the government introduce English medium in all government schools from the current academic year. He criticised the Central government for indulging in communal politics and engineering attacks on Dalits, tribal people and Minorities.
He advised the “neglected sections: to back only those which would more candidate belonging to the weaker sections. T-MASS would like to see that a Backward Class leader becomes a Chief Minister.
Leaders Nari Illaiah, Vaidyam Venkateshwarlu, Vaidyula Sathya Narayana , Duduku Laxmi Naryana and others were present.
