40 years growth in 4 years, Telangana a model State: Kadiyam Srihari

Bhadrachalam: By achieving all-round development in just four years, which might take at least 40 years, the Telangana State became a model for other states in the country, stated Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari. He attended for the closing day of the two-day training programme in Bhadrachalam on Monday. The training was organized for the party leaders and activists of Paleru constituency.

Speaking on the occasion, Srihari said that all the people across the State are appreciating Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for introducing various welfare schemes. The State will become green once the Kaleswaram and Sita Rama projects complete.  

The Chief Minister is giving more importance to develop education, health and agriculture sectors, he said. KCR Kits to pregnant women and Rythu Bandhu Scheme to farmers are a big hit. Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak, single women pension scheme, Mission Kakatiya and Mission Bhagiratha and other welfare schemes are not to be forgotten. Srihari appealed the party workers and leaders to visit every village and give wide publicity for these schemes.   

The people of other states are looking at Telangana State in implementing development schemes. Not only public, but leaders of other political parties also appreciating KCR. Rythu Bima, the next scheme to be implemented, will be more useful for farmers, the Deputy CM said.

Officer on Special Duty in Chief Minister Office Desapathi Srinivas explained the details of all the schemes being implemented in the State. MP Vinod Kumar also attended the programme. 

Later Roads and Buildings Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao felicitaed Deputy Chief Minister K Srihari, Desapathi Srinivas and MP Vinod Kumar on the occasion. MLC B Lakshminarayana, MLA Shanker Naik and leaders SA Rasool, J Krishna Murthy and others attended the programme.
