Tribals demand patta for podu lands, gave representation to Kothagudem Collector

Kothagudem: Demanding pattas for podu lands, the tribals in agency areas of Charla mandal, led by CPM leaders staged a dharna at ITDA office here on Monday.

The dharna was continued for one hour and later the protestors submitted a representation to District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu. CPM leaders K Brahma Chary, Narsa Reddy, B Venkat Reddy and others participated in the dharna.
