Maoists warn TRS leaders in Manuguru

Kothagudem: Alleging that TRS leaders are involved in sand smuggling, the Maoists have issued pamphlets warning the ruling party functionary of dire consequences.  

Through the pamphlets that surfaced in Vijanagaram village of Manuguru mandal on Thursday, the Maoists warned the TRS leaders and said that they are involved in illegal sand mining and smuggling of the same in the Agency area.  

The pamphlets mentioned eight names. The leaders  are involved in the sand mafiand other activities in the Manuguru agency area.  If they do not stop their activities definitely they would be punished, the letter said.

The pamphlets were issued by Maoist secretary Charla, Dummagudem area. The letter issued by the Maoist cause tension among the TRS party leaders in Manuguru.  The police have started inquiry.
