No going back on no trust motion challenge: YSRCP
Hyderabad: YSR Congress has said that Chandrababu Naidu has been going back on the challenge of moving a no-trust motion against the NDA government while we have made our stand clear as it is for the sake of Special Category Status (SCS) that we are fighting for.
Speaking to reporters here on Monday, Party senior leader Botsa Satyanarayana said, While our Party is prepared to move the motion, Chandrababu Naidu has been differing on the issue and we condemn his remarks that we do not know the procedure of moving the motion.
We made it clear that we will move it if TDP extends support or vice versa as we are interested in attaining SCS to our state and the idea of moving the no trust vote was mooted by Pawan Kalyan who is Chandrababu Naidus partner and has asked us to move the motion.
Our leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has categorically stated that we are for SCS and will fight it out and join hands with anyone who stands for our cause.
Chandrababu Naidu has backed out and has been playing hide and seek games as he is scared of the Centre due the various charges of corruption he has been facing, he said.
