Car catches fire after crashing into electric pole near Ghatkesar, one injured

A car caught fire on the Outer Ring Road near Ghatkesar on Wednesday after crashing into an electric pole.

The person driving the car, V Srirama Raju suffered severe injuries and was shifted to a local private hospital.

His condition is said to be critical.

The incident took place around 9 am when the driver travelling from Keesara towards Ghatkesar rammed the car into the electric pole and caught fire.

The fire personnel who rushed to the spot after being alerted regarding the mishap doused the flames.
