Lokesh surprised by BJP's Kurnool declaration

AP Minister Lokesh Babu said the Centre has a responsibility of doing justice to Andhra Pradesh. He said the state, which is just out of a bifurcation, does not have resources. So, the Centre should help the state by generously giving funds. He said the BJP’s Kurnool declaration has surprised him. 

He said under the TDP rule, the Rayalaseema region has seen lot of development. He said the TDP was committed to the development of Rayalaseema region.
