KTR: Farmers' income will be doubled by 2022

TRS MP Gutha Sukender Reddy took charge as Telangana State Farmers Coordinating Samithi Chairman on Monday at Agriculture Commissioner office, Basheer Bagh in Hyderabad.

The meeting was held in the presence of IT Minister KT Rama Rao, Irrigation Minister Harish Rao, Agriculture Minister Pocharam, Home Minister Naini Narasimha Reddy and others. 

Speaking on the occasion, KTR said the agriculture sector is in crisis and hoped farmers in the state would show a path of development to the farmers across the country. 

He further reiterated Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s words of doubling farmers' income by 2022.
