No Secret Pact Between BJP & YSR Congress

BJP Floor leader in Andhra Pradesh Assembly Vishnu Kumar Raju  scorched the rumours that BJP entered secret agreements with YSR Congress Party.  

He clarified in the Assembly BJP did not hold any secret talks with YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as reported in a section of media. 

He said many leaders do not have knowledge on special status.  The leaders  are in a wrong impression that government will get huge incentives under special status category.  The 14 Finance Commission recommend 42 per cent devolution to the states. Centre also calculated AP state registered Rs 4,117 crore revenue deficit.  

He took strong exception to the Andhra Pradesh government's claim that it got raw deal from the centre.  The BJP leader said new Railway zone will be sanctioned to Visakhapatnam.
