KTR assures help to Telangana man not being allowed to return home from Saudi

A worker from Telangana has been stuck in Saudi Arabia and is not being allowed to return home. The man, Ravi Patel of Jagtial district approached NRI Affairs Minister KT Rama Rao to help him return to India at the earliest.

Explaining his plea in a tweet to KTR, Ravi Patel said that he belongs to a poor family and "wants to die" because of the condition he is in.

KTR responded to his plea and assured to bring him back to India safely. Working in Jeddah with Sitaf Saudi Co Ltd, Ravi is a sub-contracting agent of STC.

Ravi shared that the company has not paid his salary for the last four months nor is he being allowed to leave for India. The Indian Embassy in Riyadh has also responded seeking details of Ravi and even assured help to him.
