KCR meets MK MP Kanimozhi in Chennai

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday met DMK MP Kanimozhi in Chennai on Monday.

KCR held discussions regarding the National Politics and his proposal of Third Front. Currently, on a visit to Chennai, he met with prominent DMK leaders including A Raja and TR Balu. During his meetings, KCR has been underlining the need to accord more powers and funds to the states. 

Earlier, he met DMK Chief M Karunanidhi on Sunday and had a lunch-on meeting with DMK President Stalin as they held elaborate discussions on the ways to bring about a qualitative change in National politics.

Addressing the media after the 150-minute meeting at Stalin’s Chitharanjan residence, the Chief Minister said that it’s time for India to act in a truthful federalism adding that the duo shared the view of India should be secular and there was no alternative to that.
