Chandrababu should tender an unconditional apology : YSRCP

Reaffirming that Chandrababu Naidu has no moral right to protest for Special Category Status (SCS) unless he tenders an unconditional apology for belittling the issue for the past four years, YSR Congress has said and opined that there is nothing wrong in assuring that a separate district would be created in the name of NTR carving out of Krishna.

Speaking to reporters here on Wednesday, party spokesperson Ambati Rambabu said, ‘Chandrababu Naidu holding Betrayal Deekshas on SCS is ridiculous as he was part of the government and had to take the blame for failing to get the status. He had also made every possible effort to water down the issue while it was the Leader of Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who had kept the flag afloat and people rallied behind him.

Unable to digest the groundswell of public support for the Praja Sankalpa Yatra, Chandrababu Naidu has now shifted stand and started calling BJP names unmindful of the fact that he had an election tie-up with BJP and was partner of the NDA coalition till recently.

The two protest programmes held at Vijayawada and Tirupati turned out to be an utter flop, he had not criticised the Centre but has appealed to the people to give his party 25 MP seats. The same venue where Chandrababu Naidu held the Deeksha at Tirupati was the venue where Chandrababu Naidu, Narendra Modi and Venkaiah Naidu had promised SCS.

The video clippings shown by him were selective and in a bid to sabotage SCS the State has agreed for a special package. The sincerity of Chandrababu Naidu could be seen when he did not withdraw the cases foisted against our party leaders who were demanding SCS.

Unless, he gives an unconditional apology people will not forgive for the betrayal and he has no moral right to hold the deekshas as it looks ridiculous with the man who opposed SCS now sitting on dharna to demanding the same, more so while in power,’ he said. 
Chandrababu Naidu has been telling blatant lies and has become a habitual liar. From his tall claims on Microsoft, cell phones he even went a step further to state that it was TDP that has fought against the British.

On YSRCP announcing that Krishna district would be renamed as NTR district, NTR, like YSR, is a mass leader and out of respect we will name the new district after him, he said.
