RTC Bus crushes bike rider in Kukatpally

In a ghastly road accident, a bike rider was crushed to death in Kukatpally area of Hyderabad on Sunday.

According to reports, the bike rider Raghuramaiah hails from Vivekananda Nagar and is a real estate businessman.

The victim was crushed by an RTC bus as he was taking a U-turn on the National Highway. The accident took place at Pillar No 18 in Kukatpally when he was returning home. The bike rider succumbed to death on the spot and his body was shifted to Gandhi Hospital for postmortem. 

The accident was recorded on the CCTV visuals which showed that the bike rider had suddenly moved to the right side of the road which resulted in him ramming into the RTC bus following which he lost control and came under the bus.

The police have filed a case and initiated investigation on the incident.
