No bias against private educational institutions: Kadiyam Srihari

Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Kadiyam Srihari on Tuesday said that the state government does not have any biased attitude towards private educational institutions.

He stated that the educational institutions and private educational institutions are working to increase education standards and educational institutions especially after the Telangana region is formed.

After the formation of Telangana state, the government does not deal with an orientation towards private schools. On the 12th of this month, in the village of Ramanujapuram in the district of Venkatapuram in Bhupalpally district, during the Rythu Bandhu programme, the villagers requested for a collective effort to save the government school and went on to say that the private school buses won’t be allowed into the village.

Kadiyam Srihari said that the comment was not made against the private schools and that private schools' owners do not need to worry adding that he will extend his full support as the Education Minister to run private schools effectively.

The Minister further said, “Public schools, private schools are two eyes for the government. I am working as an Education Minister to strengthen both the systems and strengthen the education system.”
