Survivors of Boat Tragedy Blame Driver For Tragic Incident

Survivors of the boat which capsized in River Godavari at Devipatnam in Godavari district blamed the driver for the ghastly incident which claimed more than 30 lives. 

Survivors, who were undergoing treatment in Rampachodavaram hospital,  said the victims insisted driver to stop the boat when  the  passage was affected with heavy winds. The boat was loaded with cement bags causing it overloaded. 

Shirisha said that her mother and herself were returning from hospital on the boat. She could survive but her mother was drowned.
