TJS conducting workshops to finalize potential candidates for gram panchayat elections

Telangana Jana Samithi founder-president M Kodandaram on Sunday participated in the party’s training workshop in Warangal where he explained the candidates regarding the need for a new political party in the state.

TJS is conducting workshops in the district and Mandal headquarters to finalize potential candidates. The party has already invited applications online for people interested in rural development and social work besides training candidates on how to approach the public on various issues and make them aware of how the TRS government led by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has failed to fulfill the promises.

Kodandaram, who is working to expand the party base is identifying candidates for the ensuing gram panchayat elections.

TJS has already held workshops in Hyderabad and a couple of other districts.

The party is planning to focus on involving the students and unemployed youth in villages as they were the ones who took forward the separate Telangana agitation.
