Bandaru Dattatreya's son dies of heart attack

Former Union Minister and BJP Member of Parliament Bandaru Dattatreya's 21-year-old son died of a massive heart attack on Tuesday night.

According to the reports, Bandaru Vaishnav, a third-year medical student was having dinner with his family at their Ramnagar residence in Hyderabad last night when he collapsed all of a sudden. 

He was rushed immediately to Care Hospital, where he was undergoing treatment. However, around 12.30 am, Vaishnav was declared dead. 

Several political leaders including Telangana BJP president Dr K Laxman, mayor of Hyderabad, Bonthu Ramamohan and others reached the hospital after learning about Vaishnav’s death.

Bandaru Dattatreya, who is a heart patient himself was informed about his son's death only in the morning.
