Stage set for Telangana Mahanadu today

The Telugu Desam Party in Telangana is all set to hold a one-day Mahanadu today at Nampally Exhibition Grounds in Hyderabad.

TD president and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will attend the Mahanadu as the Chief Guest while Telangana TDP unit President L Ramana will preside over the event. About 10,000 delegates are expected to attend the Mahanadu.

Speaking to the media ahead of the Mahanadu, L Ramana said that the party will determine its agenda for the future in Telangana and will fight back ahead of 2019 General Elections, further clarifying that the farmers and unemployment are the main issues to be focussed.

He also shared that TDP organized 19 mini-Mahanadu in 17 Parliamentary constituencies in Telangana.

At the Mahanadu, Telangana TDP leaders are expected to propose about eight resolutions. Also, the Mahandu will hold discussions regarding the failure of the TRS government and an agitation to fight on people’s issues.

The main Mahanadu will be held for three days from May 27 to 29 at Amaravati.
