Hyderabad Metro services interrupted as flexi ad falls on Metro rail due to strong winds
Metro services on the Ameerpet-Miyapur-Ameerpet (Red line) stretch got interrupted on Thursday for over 30 minutes after strong winds caused an advertisement flex to fall over the Metro rail at JNTU station. The Metro rail services were hit between 5:35 pm and 6:05 pm and the services resumed post that, according to the L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited officials.

HMRL managing director NVS Reddy stated that the high winds had caused minor disruptions in services on the Red line but maintenance staff removed the ad flex which fell overhead electrical line at JNTU station promptly.
