Seven killed, 15 others injured in bus tragedy

In a horrific accident which took place in Karimnagar district, seven persons lost their lives and 15 others sustained injuries.

The incident occurred near Chenjerla village, about 20km from Karimnagar when a TSRTC bus was hit by a truck, which was trying to overtake another vehicle.

The bus was heading from Huzurabad to Karimnagar when the mishap took place.

The truck even hit a motorcyclist. Seven passengers succumbed to death on the spot while 15 others were injured, some of them critically. 

Telangana Minister Etela Rajender rushed to the spot to supervise the relief operations. Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao expressed his shock over the incident and directed the best Medicare possible to the injured.
