YSRCP MPs Urge Lok Sabha Speaker To Accept Resignations

YSR Congress Party MPs on Tuesday met Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan and requested her to accept their resignations pending since two months. 

The party MP YV Subba Reddy said the Speaker  asked them to reconsider their decision to quit the post but they committed to relinquish the posts for special status to Andhra.  He said the MPs will meet again if the Speaker did not accept their resignations. 

They are confident that Speaker will accpet the resignation as they submitted in the prescribed format, YV Subba Reddy said that the TDP MPs should have quit the posts  to mount more pressure on the government. The YSR Congress leader came down heavily on Chandrababu for encouraging defections in the main opposition party.
