KTR seeks Infosys campus in Pocharam

 Information Technology Minister KT Rama Rao is taking up the initiative for the establishment of a new campus of IT giant Infosys at Pocharam.

With Tech Mahindra and Cyient already setting up their campuses in Pocharam, KTR stated that the town has all the required local eco system for the new campus.

Addressing the World Environment Day celebrations at Infosys Pocharam campus on Friday, said that the town is a fast growing place with 16 engineering colleges, National Institute of Technology and other institutions already established.

Mentioning that close to 40 percent of the workforce in Bengaluru is from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, the Minister states that all these employees would love to return and help the growth if given an opportunity.

KTR further said that Telangana government would extend support to more investments and developments take place in Hyderabad.
