Case filed against TRS MLA in land dispute

Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Party MLA Prakash Goud and his associates have landed in legal trouble over a land dispute after a case was registered against them in Mailardevpally in Hyderabad.

According to the Additional Commissioner of Police, Rajendernagar division, they received a complaint regarding TRS MLA Prakash Goud’s associates claiming a land without carrying documents and that the complainant stating the land belonged to them instead the MLA’s associates were trespassing into their land and threatening.

A case under sections 447, 427 and 506 r/w 34 IPC has been registered in connection with the land dispute.

Previously, the MLA was booked on charges of criminal trespass and criminal intimidation based on a complaint filed by a businessperson, G Mohan Reddy.
