Gachibowli plot receives record price

In a record price, an open plot at Gachibowli received the highest bid of Rs 1.06 lakh per square yard. The plot was put up for auction by the Telangana Housing Board on Thursday with five bidders participating in it.

According to a press release issued, the plot, measuring 348.33 square yards had the auction conducted at the Housing Board office in Gruhakalpa building. It further stated that under the observance of Land Acquisition Officer, Venkateshwarlu, Estate Officer, Vimala, Executive Engineer, North Division, Krupanand and Assistant Estate Officer, Vasu held the auction with an upset price of Rs 55,000 per square yard.

The final bid promised to make the Housing Board richer by Rs.3.69 crore.
